As part of our support efforts, we provide customers with a clinician’s hot line for help with special or difficult-to-treat clinical conditions. This popular support line provides experienced clinicians to assist health practitioners with real life situations that may occur. Our clinician’s hot line forms part of our PRACTICE BUILD™ program and is free for a period of one year with the purchase of one of our laser products.
Another component of PRACTICE BUILD™ is an online users/study group of health practitioners that collaborate on the application and use of USA Laser products in the field. Users share their experiences and benefit from the experience of others. This free service is a good forum for practitioners who are interested in becoming familiar with lasers and potential applications in their own practice.
